MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Research on the subject of scandal that erupted in October 2008 related to extrajudicial killings positive presented as guerrillas Colombia's army. In their war against the FARC during the government of President Alvaro Uribe Velez, the soldiers were dead terrorist fortune each.
