MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

A retrovirus, GMO, designed for genetic engineering industry, has escaped the control of its creators and spreads like wildfire. It combines with the DNA of any organism, being the most resistant plants due to their complex human DNA and the most sensitive: in one person causes grotesque mutations, aggressiveness and even death. Within a week, 90 % of the world population will be eating dust. However, a fraction of survivors is immune to the virus and must learn to survive this hostile new world in constant change. Tom, a survivor, is entrenched in a military base next to others of their own. But his little bunker defenses can not cope with retroviruses and their children ? ?
