MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Fernando, the owner of a tavern in a poor neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, organized a competition for amateur singers tango. The first round has the theme " For a special person ," the second is "The world's saddest tango " and in the end the participants will sing the tango else has moved: "Tango of my life." Casting day arrives. It's a rainy night and there are high expectations and nerves. Sixty people audition and are selected eighteen, among which are a grandmother, a young man, a housewife, a lawyer, an astrologer, a seller of chickens and a schoolteacher.
