MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Chilean Hawker, Hardy makes his living selling trinkets on buses in Santiago but in 2005 an announcement from the concerned government " soon we will be a world-class country, we have a modern and elegant public transport, so you do not we continue to tolerate their craft ". Hardy then meets two thousand colleagues, all vendors, and together they fight to avoid being marginalized by modernity. They manage to interact with officials, deputies and officials, but their requests have no effect. Transantiago 2007 arrives. The country fails to transform their precarious image, but Hardy learns, for better or worse, that modernity is not to change the reality, but the image we sell it.
