MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Opil hates fish. His mother, in a desperate attempt to stop gobbling junk food, it serves a special dish: the fish of desires. But he does not believe in fairy tales and takes it as a joke: " I wish some mutant aliens come and take away all the fish in the world". The next morning saturon evil troops arrive with their ships to land to suck all the oceans and fish, invent chaos and leave the world to the brink of destruction.
