MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

In the summer of 1960, in the desolate area of Patagonia, a German doctor meets a family Argentina and joins them to follow the route of the desert caravan. The traveler is Josef Mengele, one of the biggest criminals in history. The family revives him all his obsessions with purity and perfection. In particular Lilith, a teenager with a body too small for his age. The fascination is mutual: in the sexual awakening, Lilith feels a disturbing attraction to the stranger. Without knowing the true identity of German, to get to Bariloche, Enzo and Eva accept him as her first guest lodge on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Although the strange character awakens in some misgivings hosts, gradually they will be seduced by their manners, their distinction, their scientific knowledge and their money.
