MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

The film is based on Hans Christian Andersen tales, like Tom Thumb and first introduced the character called the Wizard of Dreams, a kind of elf with glasses whose main task is to beat Don Coco Quitasueños and get kids to get asleep and to tell a dream. Each of the children has a dream Telerin Family, who tries to leave a message to the child viewer. The stories begin with the dream of Cuquín, the smallest of the Telerines and ends with the dream of Pigtails.
