MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Jaime Florez, provincial cunning and malicious, is involved in the remarkable misunderstanding that a Colombian town very hot weather it confused with the Indian diplomat. Without much effort stuacion decides to take advantage of and deceives the whole world, until they find out. About the epilogue of the movie aaparenta the following legend: " Three months after the town became an ambassador true. When told the Governor, he replied: Say you eat ... ".
