MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Cinematográgica The piece unfolds in a village postponed Villaserena. A day comes and installs Abelardo precarious radio powered by a generator. The four strategically placed speakers begin to preach what the people ever stopped reaching Villaserena turn into hell, until its inhabitants decide to end the source of all your problems. Celina and Gaston abandoned leaving people fleeing Celeste is a cute young enclosed between four walls for his dad. It forms a love triangle between Celeste, Abelardo and Joseph. The story is narrated by Oscar, another unique character that is mixing Villaserena his fantasy with reality.
