MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Miguel is a psychiatrist who has just been dumped by his wife and whose mother is still living with him. When he meets Jasmina, the sister of one of his patients, he falls for her. Jasmina is a hairdresser in the neighborhood and has to take care of a family herself mired in poverty. All these circumstances lead to changes in the life of Miguel and allow Jasmina recover the illusion of living.
