MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

In this documentary, science fiction, whose chronicle is " to change the future, first you must imagine ", the plot centers on a fictional American citizen born the day moreover June 2, 2009, in Miami., For example, in 2015, the child and his family is forced to leave the typical " american way of life " is living on the outskirts of the big city, in a residential neighborhood where the car is the cornerstone of all movement.
