MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Centuries ago, to protect themselves from the evil of men, dragons fled to Dragon Hill: Dragon Hill a fantasy planet where beings live in harmony with other times and places, beyond the confines of our world. The entrance to the hill is protected by four gates: fire, water, earth and air. Ethelbert, the old dragon is their guardian, and is the only one with the key and the secret in order to enter or leave the outside world. All goes well until Septimus, the evil sorcerer, discover the secret to get out of the hill.
