MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

The first thing a woman does when entering Iranian divorce court is covered from head to toe with huge black scarves that Islamic law dictates as required. This is almost a metaphor for the invisibility on the left, in these courts, the Iranians who want to separate from their partners. Limited to just a couple of reasons why you may file for divorce, and subjected to Kafkaesque bureaucratic laps, all must overcome a tough obstacle course to reach that goal.
