MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In a typical sleepy German town, the mob is on the rampage. A masked maniac killer is on the rampage and puts the town in fear and terror. One unsuspecting youth after another must believe it and is brought in an unimaginably cruel way under the earth. Good that a small group of friends together to put an end to the murderous goings-on. Unfortunately, their opponent seems overpowering and invincible. Again and again he gets up and shows not the slightest injury. The fight is for the young, rather involuntary heroes, a fight to the death.
