MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Rio de Janeiro. September 2008. Three men stalk the gloomy back- alleys of the slums known locally. Spiderman a drug lord 28 years of age, he embarks on a routine patrol through the dark streets of Coréia, a neighborhood controlled expansion. Inspector Leonardo Torres, a muscle- drug squad officer in Rio de Janeiro, enters through the alleys of another shantytown, shots ring around. And Pastor Dione, an evangelical preacher who intend to end the drug conflict Rio tries to take from the poor neighborhoods lost souls. With unprecedented access to some of the most wanted men in Rio de Janeiro, ' Dancing with the Devil in the City of God ' tells the story of the drug war in Rio de Janeiro through the eyes of three men locked into one of the bloodiest urban conflicts on earth.
