MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Alex and Virginia buy a floor plan, on the outskirts of a town because they can not afford frills. With their savings pay the entrance and accept a 40-year mortgage. When only a few months away for the delivery of housing, the building is still unfinished. One day, unexpectedly, precintan the area and stop the works. Buyers form a platform of protest and denounce the builder. That's how he meets Alex Toño, another affected, who works in construction, and is convinced that it is a ploy to get rid of them. One year later, those affected have stopped meeting. Alex, increasingly tense and depressed, begins to neglect work and have problems with Virginia, but refuses to give up and decide to act to find a solution.
