MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1936 film?

With the gang of Al Kruger at the helm, the New York gangsters thrive weak administration that has sent the tough cop Johnny Blake to a suburb. The brains of the band are a triumvirate of bankers whose influences political, financial and social allow the existence of the gangsters. When Bryan, an editor who campaigns against them, aaparenta killed, a grand jury appoints Captain Dan McLaren to crack down thieves. McLaren ejected, apparently, police Blake and he, angry, joins the band as Kruger's right hand. Nick Fenner, assistant and murderer of Bryan, Blake suspicion and distrust of former police presence in the band.
