MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The film consists of two stories: In Block 1 goes the story of Manuel, a lonely and gray, whose attitude sets him apart from all those around him, even his own son. Amid the routine and alcohol, there hope for a new love. This is how Norma, bartender of a bar, enters his life without realizing it. In Block 2 have moved the Aristigueta, Venezuelan upper class family, come down economically by making Dad failed. Alexandra, the eldest son Aristigueta, lives in New York some years, ignoring the reality of his family and his country. Alejandra While for the return trip to Venezuela becomes a meeting with herself, taking over the fate of his family, his brother Francisco is exploring life in the alleys of the neighborhood.
