MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Created by independent business Wytwórnia A'YoY from Zielona Góra, Poland, mostly by the people of previous design group Kabaret Potem, that is a contemporary story book comedy about people living away from each and every day world understand to us. Their globe is divided into HERE (TU) and AROUND (TAM). This is actually the world of slums, landfills and vacant buildings, and there's the entire world of glass skyscrapers and riches. Listed here is ruled by The President (Stanislaw Tym), who's rich sufficient he could live THERE, but he choses never to, as HERE he's the king. The tale follows regular inhabitants of HERE, Newton (Maciej Stuhr) and his beloved Natalia (Joanna Kolaczkowska).
