MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1963 film?

Oliva, an old storyteller, has children of Professor Robert the story of a former lover and her magical cat wearing sunglasses. Taking off the glasses, the cat showed off the personality of the people to be reflected in various colors. One day comes a carriage into town. In traveling a magician, the beautiful Diana and magical cat.
