MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?
In 1977, during the last military dictatorship, the government de facto mayor Osvaldo Cacciatore proposed an ambitious urban expressway Plan for the city of Buenos Aires. Of the eight highways planned, only two came to be built, third, the AU3 or Central Expressway, left as many expropriations any estate along its route and a handful of demolition in various neighborhoods of the city: Villa Urquiza, Saavedra, Villa Ortúzar, Chacarita, Belgrano "R ", that scar urban and vacant lots dotted with half-demolished houses, soon was the best house they could find many low-income families. Three decades later, the AU3 has added new chapters to the saga of delays, neighborhood wars and recovery plans failed. Walking with eyes and ears that strange border, listening to both its inhabitants and responsible, critics and specialists in the field, Hartmann gives form to the accurate portrayal of one of the great urban and social debts of Buenos Aires.
