MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

In a harsh and mountainous landscape, at an abandoned section called Tang Haft, Hassan accounts for transport of individuals with a suspended cabin-like unit called Gargar over a roaring and wide river. This is an opportunity for Hassan to learn individuals and be witness for their life stories, really loves, happy times and unfortunate times. Unexpected activities reveal new truths about his only buddy, a new peddler referred to as Angelic Asghar.
