In post-Soviet Russia, troubled juveniles captured in various crimes are committed to be a few years locked in state reform schools. There, they live in a military-style regime, starting the day with outdoor exercise, make the beds, still absurdly meticulous rules, etc.. Ironically, many come from a very poor way of activity and / or abusive, often broken families, now have a structured life with three meals, a bedroom warm and regular classes, some actually are terrified to return to home.
