MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

The story is Leonora Latorre main characters, a young aristocrat who becomes a spy Chilean Peru during the years before the war, Alberto Cobo, her boyfriend lost in the Antofagasta Bolivia, being Patriotic Society that vindicates the territory to Chile, although he manages to return to their homeland, after the declaration of war joins the Chilean army, and Manuel Rodriguez, a army scout and will also have a relationship with Latorre. The rest of the characters belong to the Chilean intelligence service, and politicians of the time, but mainly the Regiment "Esmeralda" 7 Line created after the Battle of Iquique on May 21, 1879, called Esmeralda's name Chilean ship sunk in that action.
