MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Adela, a former radio star, lives alone in a landfill on the outskirts of Manila. While taking care of their daily lives, Adela is involved in worldly and dramatic events of its neighbors. It is then better their distinction and loneliness are perceived. A stunning portrait of the plight of many elderly in the Philippines, victims of poverty and corruption that has spread to many families and has let the elderly fend for themselves.
