MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Rafael Obregon awakens from a coma in which came after receiving an electric shock. We found beside the body of his girlfriend hanged, Paloma Rios. Now Rafael does not remember anything, but has become the main suspect in the murder, and in his mind resides only an image of the painting by Hieronymus Bosch '' Extraction of the Stone of Madness ''. Both the inspector handling the case as Rafael psychologist believe that this work of art is a key to solving the crime.
