MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

In a lower-class London neighborhood, Little Joe lives with his mother in an apartment located on the tailoring of Mr. Kandinsky. Joe dreams of helping the poor to fulfill their desires. One day the tailor tells a story according to which capture a unicorn who can get any wish. Joe then decides to spend his savings on the purchase of a little goat with a horn emerging, believing that it is a unicorn. His efforts to make the dreams demonstrate the power of hope and the will in the midst of adversity.
